Evans Hair School Graduate!!!!!

This girl of ours is incredible at what she does!!

She loves to do hair and it shows with every client that

comes to sit in her chair. She loves making them feel beautiful

when they leave. I am so proud of her!!

Road Trip to California-Chris Lewis Funeral

We got some terrible news the a great friend of ours passed away.

This friend has been wonderful to our family and she made us 

Christmas Ornaments every year and came to my dad's funeral and

Max's baptism and Cambria's wedding, so why wouldn't we be

there for her family. So Max texted everyone and said that

he was going to go down early that morning and come home

that night, whoever wanted to come can jump in the car.

Well me and my sisters and mom all went with Max. 

We had a great day together. We made it to the funeral just as

it started. Then afterwards we went to see our stomping grounds.

  

We reunited with so many wonderful members of our old ward that my dad was Bishop over. 

We then went to Alta Loma High School to see how it had changed.

Los Amigos where we went to Elementary and where my mom ran the reading program.

Then we went to our old house and got to go inside and see inside.

Everything was still the same. It was so crazy and so good to see

some of the things that my dad had build like the rock walls, cement

with our hands in it and the clothes line on the side of the house.

 We happened to see our next door neighbors who didn't like us when we lived there but they were really friendly to us now. But we saw Peggy and Shawn. 

 Before we hit the freeway we had to go get Thrify's ice cream.

Father's Day in Nursery

We were privileged to have the Father of our Ward, Paul Hurt, come into

nursery to visit us and have snack time with us.

We had a lot of fun celebrating our dad's and making a fun handprint tree.

Cambria & Jeff's Trip of a Lifetime

 Cambria and Jeff planned a trip of a lifetime to Italy & Rome.

They were there for about 2 weeks and it was so fun to see their pictures

and cool videos, which makes you feel like you were there as well.

I love these two so much and their fun adventures together.

 These have got to be some of my favorite pictures.

Kiana is Engaged

 Guess WHAT?

Kiana had her mission farewell and we met this guy that

she had been dating and met on facebook. Well the timing for her to go 

on an LDS mission has been postponed till she can go with her husband.

She is getting married!!!! She was engaged tonight

to Austin Stewart from Northern Utah.

Our Missionary in Mexico

 Trevor is having so many wonderful experiences in Mexico.

One that never ends is, he's a BIG guy in a place with little people.

This is what happened to him getting on this bike.

I think he's alittle too big.

 We've got to remember that these missionaries are still

little boys in these adult bodies.

Tender Mercy from Dad

My mom called me with this story this morning.

She said that she was really missing my dad and listening to his music while driving

and all of the sudden this car pulled in front of her.

A little tender mercy from my dad letting her know that he loves her by saying,

"ALOHA" and to the 8 of us=his 7 kids and my mom.

And it was a mercedes, like what he use to drive.

We can't ignore tender mercies from our loved ones.

There is NO SUCH THING as COINCIDENCES.
