Heritage Estates Halloween Neighborhood party

Yep, another Halloween neighborhood party was a SUCCESS!!

This makes 14 years of ongoing parties on Halloween.

We love this neighborhood tradition!!

Mia came for her first trick or treating as a chicken!!!

 My mom is so cute!!

She came with Clay's family and Adam to see the twins.

Of course, since she looked cute I suggested we take a quick 4 generation picture.

I love that we were able to take this together.

 You know me I want to capture moments all the time!!!

I love that my family is so close and they allow me to capture these moments!!

Mia's First Birthday Party

 Today was our Mia's first birthday!!!!

I can't even believe a year has gone by that fast!!

She is the sweetest and feistiest little girl.

I feel so blessed to be able to have been a part of her life this past year by babysitting her.

We are pretty close and I love the relationship that I have with her.

Her baby brother will be here in a few weeks and her world is going to be rocked.

But I know she will be able to handle it!!!

Cecilee did an amazing job with her DONUT party!!!

Mia's Actual BIRTHDAY!!!

Today was Mia's actual BIRTHDAY so with the birth of the twins we didn't want Mia to feel forgotten since it is her REAL date of birth and we will have her party on Saturday!! So Syd and I went and got balloons and brought her present to her and a giant donut!! She was so excited about the balloons and her present which was a Moana doll.

I am so excited to start this tradition with my grandkids!!!

 We came to visit the 4 members of the newest Hauck family.

It was so wonderful to be able to hold 2 babies!!!

I found myself just staring and just feeling like I was dreaming looking at 2 babies.

They are absolutely gorgeous!!!

 The two grandpa's enjoying their holding time and not even have to share!!

Our happily exhausted parents who can't seem to wipe the grins off their faces!!

Vera & Ayva have arrived!!!

Vera Irene was born at 3:12am

Ayva Nancy came at 3:19am

Cambria was amazing!!!

To push one baby out with everything you got and then turn around 5 minutes later

and do it all again, is absolutely incredible!!!

Look at that beautiful face of accomplishment and love!!!

When I took this picture my heart was just crying.

If you only knew the story behind the picture to get to this point.

It says it all in Cambria's face.

All of the shots, hormones, appts, money, medicines, etc. all for this moment and opportunity to be parents!!! I love this so much!!

It's GO Time!!!

 Cambria wanted both of her mom's in the labor room with her.

I am so blessed to have shared this moment with Nancy, Jeff's Mom.

She is the sweetest lady, I am so thankful for the way she raised Jeff and the man that he is to my daughter. This was a cherished evening. 

Tia arrived after driving 3 1/2 hours to make it for the delivery.

She even got to help out and hold Cambria's leg during the pushing. 

It's been 14 hours of labor and it's dark outside and the middle of the night.

So much for October 22nd, it's now October 23rd.

We were hoping that maybe she would have them on 2 different days so they could both have their own birthdays. That would've been so cool.

 WELL after pushing for about 45 minutes and now Vera's head is crowning, 

IT'S GO TIME!!!

Jeff is all dressed in his gear to go into the Operating room for delivery.

They deliver twins in the Operating room as a precaution.

We are all so excited!!!

 We are all in the hall outside the Operating room anxiously waiting to here the babies cry!!!

It is now 3:00am

The Twins are coming Today!!!!

Cambria went in for her weekly checkup and they took her blood pressure and it was elevated like the week before. They layed her down and then came and took it again, still elevated. Then the Dr. came in and said, "I suggested that we have babies today rather than put you and the babies in jeopardy for the next 3 days to wait for Thursday. Is that OK with you guys?"

Cambria's face lit up and Jeff was a little taken back but excited!!!

So we headed to get Cam something to eat first and then went to Labor and Delivery.

Here they are walking in as 2 and then they will walk out with 4.

 Cambria asked for a blessing from Jeff, Jason (Jeff's dad) & Bryan.

Thank goodness for the power of the priesthood. 

 Bryan brought Cam flowers, but Mia was so excited to smell them.

She loves grandpa!!

 The Team is all hear ready for labor and delivery!!!

Tia was on her way. As soon as we found out we called her and she jumped in her car for the 3-hour drive to be here for this momentous occasion!!!!
