Thanksgiving 2014

Before we started on the road, Cambria was sad that she wouldn't be there with us at the Ranch

for Thanksgiving Dinner. So I dropped off a pie for her and Jeff to enjoy.

I'm pretty sure it put a smile on her face!!!

Traveling to Glendale just the three of us.

It was crazy and SAD to look back and see that our car wasn't FULL anymore with

ALL four of our kids. One on a mission, one married and one engaged and JUST our Sydnee!!!

We love that we still have our baby!!

They were loving his letters and pictures. It made them feel like he was close by.

CHEER FOR THE HOLIDAYS

 Sydnee was involved in the CHEER FOR THE HOLIDAYS event where ALL of the

Cheerleaders in St. George were invited to come and perform.

The admission was to bring a canned food item & it went to Dixie Care & Share.

She and Raya both performed with their squads.

Cecilee & Angel and Cambria & Jeff went to support her.

Welcome Home Elder Barker

Elder Austin Barker came home from his 2 year mission from Argentina, Rosario.

He was such an amazing missionary. We enjoyed hearing his report and hearing him speak spanish.

These young men are just amazing and were truly saved for these latter days!!

Funny Things My Missionary says,

I asked him while we were online:

"Trevor do any members feed you missionaries?"

He said: "Yes, they make this most BLAND soup all of the time, last week I went to a home and I finished my first bowl and the lady filled it up again, I'm too nice I can't say NO, so I was on my last spoonful and I was gagging. 'How in the heck do you get

FULL off of something so disgusting?'"

Bryan said, "Welcome to the mission life!"

I asked him:

"Trevor have you bought a blanket yet?"

He said: "Yes I got a blanket, it was kind of hard because they said they didn't have one big enough to cover my body because I am too BIG!" Remember the people there are small people.

Missionary Mom Group

 We put together a SC Warrior Missionary 2014 Mom's Group about 3 months ago and it has been so successful. We have all of the mom's bring letter's from their son's and we collect them and send them to our sons so they can read and keep up with their fellow missionary friends.

We have some amazing women in our group, which explains why they have amazing

missionaries who are out serving!!

I talked to my neighbor a few weeks ago about possibly making a lifesize

cutout of my missionary. She had never done that before so she said that she would give it a try.

She showed up one day with this. I told her that he is 6'3" and she laughed and said

that she just wanted to try out the printing to see if it would work.

I LOVE IT!!! It just puts a smile on my face.

Cambria and the girls had a dance party with Elder Horlacher the first night and just LOVED it!!

Sydnee just loves her little brother and misses him so much!!!
