Thanksgiving in Las Vegas

This morning we drove to Las Vegas to spend Thanksgiving
with Irene and her family.  I was so excited that she wanted
to have Thanksgiving in her home this year.
Every year since we lost our dad, this picture
means to so much more to me.
My dad, LOVED carving the turkey for the family
and always had such a great smile while he was carving.
This will ALWAYS be my Thanksgiving Day Picture.
This was also taken on Thanksgiving with my parents right before we ate.

They were always so happy together and LOVED each other so much!
Clay and Julee's family was there with us and Irene's family.
I made 7 chocolate pies and 1 cherry pie.
We were so glad that Doc stopped by and was able to spend some time with us.

Our Very Own Beautician

I love everytime that I get to go and see my girl at
hair school. She is so unbelievably incredible. She loves
what she does and it shows!!!
She recolored my hair and washed and styled my hair.
Before I got there Bryan was getting a haircut.
She's getting pretty professional with the FLAT TOP.
Cambria came by between her classes to visit with us.
I LOVE Spending time with my married girls!!!!
They are truly my best friends!!!

Feedling the Missionaries

We got the opportunity to feed the sister missionaries and have my mom
over for dinner as well. One of the sister missionaries is from Arizona,
she happens to live right across the street from Charles and his family.
She is a friend of Nicole's. The other sister missionary is from Italy.
It was such a great evening to have our family around the table with us.

SC Warriors plays at Rice Eccles

SC Warriors beat the DHHS Thunder and then that meant they
go to the Semi Finals playing Logan.
They were pretty excited!
Sydnee got to cheer and Bryan went as a supporting coach.
They ended up losing, but it was such a great experience for them.

Our Missionary going on 15 months in Mexico

I love when we receive pictures from our missionary in Mexico.
He is still in Ciudad Obregon and has been with the same companion the whole
time he's been there. He has been there for 3 transfers so far.
His companion is Elder Juarez.
I am so proud of my missionary and the joy he brings to us doing the Lord's work.

Ivins Got Talent

Tonight was our last activity as the Stake YW Presidency.
We were released a couple weeks ago, but with the changes
we told the new presidency that we would continue with this
activity so they didn't have to stress about it.
 We had so much fun!!
The sign was my assignment and I asked Luci to help me,
really her to make the sign with my ideas.
She is amazing!!!!
We had every ward do a number and we had the Stake Presidency
and their wives be the judges.
Out with the OLD Presidency: Lisa Ence, Me, Lydia Nelson & Sara Boatright
in with the NEW: Michelle Pack, Kevin Lemke, Jayma Dennet & Barbara Anderson

I have really enjoyed this calling for the past 5 1/2 years and so
grateful that I got to work with these incredible women.
I have learned so much from these ladies.
