Seeing the Lord's Hand in our Lives

Trevor and Kylee left yesterday on their way to Connecticut with all of their belongings with a new (used) truck and a UHAUL trailer being pulled behind. They drove 9 hours to Colorado to stay with her uncle and hit the road this morning. On their way they needed to find a FED EX and print off CLOSING PAPERS for their house and send them back immediately. As soon as they were done with that they were hitting the road and their truck broke. Trevor texted me and said, "Mom - So my truck decided to break , so it’s in the shop getting fixed. Probably will be done on Friday. Kylee will be flying out tomorrow night, so she can make it to clinical. But we’re currently staying with her uncle and aunt in Denver. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I talked with the dealership and they have all the info so they should be responsible to cover all the cost. And Rudy is going to visit them to make sure they are responsible for it and cover it!" (It was the Front Diff Mounting Bracket on the passenger side and pumpkin housing cracked on the drivers side.

As I read and cried I couldn't help but think of all the Tender Mercies:

"GOD'S TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT!"

* We changed trailers before they left and moved everything from the back of the truck and smaller trailer into a bigger trailer so everything was safe and NOTHING in the back of the truck.

* The weather kept saying that there was a big storm coming through the midwest exactly the same time they were to be driving through, lots of snow and possible tornadoes from Tuesday evening through Thursday.
(The truck won't be done until FRIDAY) NO COINCIDENCES!!!!

* They were pulling into a parking spot at the Notary when the truck made a loud BOOM. They could've been in the middle of NOWHERE when they broke down and stranded, but they were still in Denver. And it could've broken while driving causing a BIGGER PROBLEM with the trailer.

* They are staying at Kylee's Uncle's house till Friday. They have a place to stay and not have to stay somewhere that costs them lots of money.

* They are together.

So many TENDER MERCIES and blessing from our Heavenly Father. Thank you so much for the blessings of safety for my kids. Before they left I told Trevor, PLEASE say a prayer before you drive everyday!!! Heavenly Father hears our prayers as long as we ask, we need to do our part.

UPDATE ON THE TRUCK: (Late last night we got a text from Trevor)

The guy who owns the Dealership that I bought the truck from said that he has the power to help us BUT CHOOSES NOT TO.

WHAT? WHO DOES THAT?

So he asked us to send bad reviews to let other people know to NOT shop there.

UPDATE a week later: 3/22/2021

Trevor made it home to Kylee with the Truck and Trailer. He got his truck back on Saturday and he hit the road. He was anxious to get home to Kylee since she wasn't feeling very well since her miscarriage. We learned today that Kylee said she was told by the Dr. that she needs to have a D&C surgery. So we are praying all goes well and the two of them can finally relax and start house hunting in CT.
