Seeing the Lord's Hand in our Lives

Trevor and Kylee left yesterday on their way to Connecticut with all of their belongings with a new (used) truck and a UHAUL trailer being pulled behind. They drove 9 hours to Colorado to stay with her uncle and hit the road this morning. On their way they needed to find a FED EX and print off CLOSING PAPERS for their house and send them back immediately. As soon as they were done with that they were hitting the road and their truck broke. Trevor texted me and said, "Mom - So my truck decided to break , so it’s in the shop getting fixed. Probably will be done on Friday. Kylee will be flying out tomorrow night, so she can make it to clinical. But we’re currently staying with her uncle and aunt in Denver. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I talked with the dealership and they have all the info so they should be responsible to cover all the cost. And Rudy is going to visit them to make sure they are responsible for it and cover it!" (It was the Front Diff Mounting Bracket on the passenger side and pumpkin housing cracked on the drivers side.

As I read and cried I couldn't help but think of all the Tender Mercies:

"GOD'S TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT!"

* We changed trailers before they left and moved everything from the back of the truck and smaller trailer into a bigger trailer so everything was safe and NOTHING in the back of the truck.

* The weather kept saying that there was a big storm coming through the midwest exactly the same time they were to be driving through, lots of snow and possible tornadoes from Tuesday evening through Thursday.
(The truck won't be done until FRIDAY) NO COINCIDENCES!!!!

* They were pulling into a parking spot at the Notary when the truck made a loud BOOM. They could've been in the middle of NOWHERE when they broke down and stranded, but they were still in Denver. And it could've broken while driving causing a BIGGER PROBLEM with the trailer.

* They are staying at Kylee's Uncle's house till Friday. They have a place to stay and not have to stay somewhere that costs them lots of money.

* They are together.

So many TENDER MERCIES and blessing from our Heavenly Father. Thank you so much for the blessings of safety for my kids. Before they left I told Trevor, PLEASE say a prayer before you drive everyday!!! Heavenly Father hears our prayers as long as we ask, we need to do our part.

UPDATE ON THE TRUCK: (Late last night we got a text from Trevor)

The guy who owns the Dealership that I bought the truck from said that he has the power to help us BUT CHOOSES NOT TO.

WHAT? WHO DOES THAT?

So he asked us to send bad reviews to let other people know to NOT shop there.

UPDATE a week later: 3/22/2021

Trevor made it home to Kylee with the Truck and Trailer. He got his truck back on Saturday and he hit the road. He was anxious to get home to Kylee since she wasn't feeling very well since her miscarriage. We learned today that Kylee said she was told by the Dr. that she needs to have a D&C surgery. So we are praying all goes well and the two of them can finally relax and start house hunting in CT.

PACKING UP PROVO to CONNECTICUT

We went up to help pack Trevor and Kylee for their move across the USA to Connecticut. They SOLD their home in Provo and had a week that they could come and move everything across the country. So we met them Thursday night after Trevor bought a truck to pull a trailer to CT. This was the morning we were leaving and Charles and Christene had come to pack up their girls (Heather & Nicole) to move back to Arizona. They were living in the apartment on top. We had fun together that morning, playing in the snow. Trevor and Cecilee built this snowman with Mia and Rex.

ALL OF US BEFORE WE DROVE OUT!!

COUSINS & Kylee's Miscarriage

There is nothing better than watching these cute kids grow up and become adults!!!
Marry incredible people and start their families.
Kiana and Austin have Jeter and the night before this picture,
Kylee experienced a miscarriage. Cecilee and I were home with her while Trevor was gone with the guys getting food and stuff for the move.
Kylee was bleeding so much that she thought she was hemorrhaging, she was freezing cold, chills, and sweating. We called her dad and he gave her some suggestions.
Trevor got home and I called around looking for oil to give a blessing.
I think just having Trevor home made everything more bearable for Kylee.
They gave her a blessing and she started feeling better.
It was hard to watch her go through that hard moment.
I know the two of them were so sad, but everything is in the Lord's hands and he has a purpose for everything.

Our Baby is an ADULT

We could NOT be more proud of this baby of ours.
She bought her second car ALL ON HER OWN.
It's a Hyundai Kona 2020.
We then went to her place of employment at Sports Clips in Provo
and she gave her dad a full MVP Treatment.
It was so good to see her so responsible and so ADULT!!!

Tia snuck into town

Tia was feeling pretty sad lately because of the passing of our mother.
Since her transplant, she has been home longer than she has been since the passing of our mother, now she has more time to think about and mourn our mom.
She misses her so much and this day Cambria called me and told me to call Tia and talk to her since she's been so sad. While I was talking to her it sounded like she was in the car, so I asked her where she was going. Kelsie said we are going to the grave. So I was a smart allec and said, "SO AM I"
Well we happened to meet up and spend time together at mom and dad's grave.

I want to be LIKE DAD!! - Rex

Cecilee posted this on her Instagram and I knew I needed to save this picture.
To me it shows how much Rex looks up to his daddy and how he wants to be JUST LIKE HIM.
His daddy is a good man to copy after.
We are so proud of the man Angel has become, since coming into our lives 5 years ago.
He is a great daddy, husband, priesthood holder and son.
I honestly couldn't have asked for a better man for my daughter.

Gramma & Papa GREAT

With my parents on the other side of the veil, I want my grandkids to know that they may only have one set of grandparents on earth from our side of the family, that I want them to have experiences with their Horlacher GREAT Grandparents. We try and stop by once a week and visit and have them over when we have family dinners on Sunday. It's funny because I can see how exhausted they are after a while of being with 4 bundles of energy!!!

We love being together and I know that Bryan's parents LOVE their GREAT grandkids.
I can still remember when my kids were this age and they were being Grandparents for the first time.

Vitamin Shopping

Today we went shopping at 8:00am. I arranged our schedule so that right when the stores opened we were there, less people and less germs. We hooked Bryan's oxygen up to the portable tank and he was on his way. We of course had his 2nd dose of NAC and Emergencee before we left. Bryan said when he woke up, I feel pretty good, lets try and move my oxygen down to 1.5 as he was getting ready. Every now and then I saw him take off his nose tube and walk around without it. So I figured he can easily grab it if he needs it. We got in the truck and Bryan was soooooo excited to be "kind of" normal. He of course wanted to drive his TRUCK and he didn't wear his oxygen, but we had it close by incase he needed some air.

We went to Wal-Mart, Natural Grocers and Costco to get Vitamins and then chik Fil A for breakfast burritos. We went to the temple and sat and watched the construction going on. Everytime we get Chik Fil A we go to the temple for our dinner at the temple.

It was so good to be with my husband and see him starting to feel more normal. It's crazy when things like this happens you have a greater appreciation for your loved ones. Bryan was so excited to start feeling better and had so much hope and  faith in these supplements. I silently made a promise to Heavenly Father that with the knowledge that I have gained from my brother I would do all I could do to help others that get this nasty Virus.
