Science Fair Project

Sydnee copied Trevor's science Fair Project this year, because she always wanted to do the mento's and soda experiment. So, she and Aspen had some fun doing the experiment.

She did do it a little different, she tried 3 different diet cola's and wanted to see which one would shoot higher.Diet Coke did shoot the highest!!! The girls enjoyed drinking the leftovers, well not really enjoyed, it wasn't as good as they thought.

Ward Ball

Its funny that my son is of age to play Ward Ball. He played in a game for a tournament for our stake and they won. It's fun to watch him grow up. We do the comparison with grandpa everytime grandpa comes around. He is getting closer and closer to catching up with grandpa's heighth. Grandpa is 6'3" so Trevor is close to 6"1" and grandma is still 5"3".

SCHS Cheer Tryouts

Cambria helped a couple girls in our neighborhood get ready to tryout for cheer. She started helping them in November of 2010 and tryouts were March 21st. She spent slot of time with them and today was the big day.

The girls from the neighborhood all came to support: (Left to Right) Abby, Jacquel, Sydnee, Aspen and Caitlyn Cambria with all of her cheer sisters from last year. They were all so excited to see her. Cambria and the two girls she helped: Cassidy and Jocelyn Cambria and another cheer sister, Kortney Cambria and Mary, she helped her last minute also. The results: Jocelyn made cheer and Cassidy and Mary did not.

Sydnee's Report

I was cleaning the office and came upon this in the printer. I got to reading this paper and just cracked up. It was about ME. She was adorable at how she described me and Bryan as a "Hot Couple",and another funny part was, that I had my last baby and she was really good looking. Everyone in the family got a good laugh from Sydnee's report about her "Super Mom". I wouldn't go that far!!

Spring Break 2011

For Spring Break this year, we went to Bryan's parents cabin and helped them get things done for the spring. We pruned apple trees, painted a sealer on the cabin, hung blinds & pictures and vinyl lettering, and taught grandma and grandpa how to play Wii. We then went to Arizona to see Bryan's brother's and sister and their families. We had a great time with family.

This was my very first time prunning any type of trees. The first day I had a blast, it was like cleaning a house, you slowly start to see the tree thinning out and making progress. Well, I didn't stop, I kept going for about 5 hours and when it came to the end of the day, my arms were killing me. I had to hurry into the house and shower because I was afraid if I waited I wouldn't be able to wash my hair because I couldn't get my arms above my head. I was in so much pain that night, I just laid and cried. I learned my lesson, I took more breaks the next day and Advil.

My two crazy teenagers. I was very glad that they were able to come to the cabin for a day with us and help with the prunning of the trees. The older they get, the harder it is to have all of us together. I cherish every moment I get as a mother to have my whole family together.

I came back from my ride with a huge smile on my face. We took corners going 50 mph, we were so low to the ground that I could read the imprint on the tires of other cars, and it was so fast that I couldn't help but smile, so that I wouldn't cry.

Trevor and Sydnee wanted a picture in the car, considering Rob told Trevor that he would let him drive the car when he gets his license. That could be alot sooner than he thinks, considering 16 is right around the corner.
