Grandparents

My kids have been blessed with the greatest grandparents ever!!! Their friendship with each other started way before their grandkids were even thought of. Bryan's parents moved into our ward bounderies and my dad and Bryan's dad were in the YM's together so they took the boys on lots of scout outings together. My mom & Bryan's mom also worked together alot in Relief Society and YW's. They are still very good friends and love to spend time together and visit. But they also share something that is special to both of them.....OUR KIDS!!!!

Cambria and Cecilee with Grandma Horlacher, we lived with Bryan's parents after we started having kids. We had Cambria & Cecilee and they loved living with Grandma and Grandpa Horlacher. When we moved from California to Utah, they were 2 & 1 and were pretty heartbroken, always looking for them. We began to wonder if we did the right thing by moving away from both families. Obviously~we survived!!! My parents are always so amazed at how tall Trevor is getting. My mom loves to wrap her arms him and give him a squeeze!! Whenever Bryan's parents are in town, they make it a point to try and attend whatever activities the kids have going on, even if it's just to watch Cambria cheer at a Basketball game. They loved to watch her perform and cheer.Cambria and Cecilee again with Grandma Horlacher for Mother's Day! They gave her the apron! Grandma and Grandpa Horlacher with Trevor after his last football game as a sophomore. Football is a favorite sport with both of our dad's and now to watch their grandson play, THEY ARE IN HEAVEN & LOVE IT!!! Cecilee and Grandma AhQuin ~ love to take pics of themselves Bryan's parents came to watch Cecilee's last soccer game and weathered the rain and cold just to watch her play. She loves having them in the crowd. My parents with Cecilee after one of her soccer games. My parents love to come and see her play. My dad can be heard yelling, "GO CECI~LINA~~!!!" He loves her reaction~A thumbs up towards Grandpa
Trevor loves having his Grandparents in the crowds and loves to see them, but he is NOT a fan of pictures afterwards. As you can see.
This picture is a little better. He loves his grandparents!!! And we are grateful that they are at all of our kids activities!!!
"A Grandchild is a Grandparents proof that they did something RIGHT as parents!"
